Summary: We’re hiring for multiple blockchain engineering roles, including Blockchain Architect, Rust/Backend Developer, and Frontend Developer. How We Work
We’re a fully remote team with a global footprint, built on trust and flexibility. You’ll manage your own schedule and workspace, collaborating asynchronously via Slack and written docs. Team & Projects
Our project teams (3-6 engineers) are led by a project lead, handling customer interactions, requirements management, and task scheduling, and an architect, responsible for defining the overall implementation of each project. You’ll work on 1-3 projects at a time, blending your skills with others’ to deliver end-to-end solutions. We align assignments with your growth goals—like pairing Rust expertise with smart contract learning—while encouraging cross-training across disciplines. If your skills span multiple roles (e.g., Rust and frontend expertise), we’ll tailor your role to maximize your impact. We’re flexible in hiring, prioritizing strong overall additions to our team who share our passion for blockchain and quality code.

Outreach and Networking: Maintain a presence online and scour for potential opportunities that are aligned with the growth objectives of FP Block.
Growing the Lead Pipeline
Your primary objective is to identify and cultivate opportunities across multiple channels with creativity, persistence, and strategic thinking.
Strategies you'll employ:
Software & Automation: Leverage tools to streamline prospecting and scale outreach effectively - without losing the personal touch.
Deep Research: Identify ideal prospects through thorough market analysis and intelligent targeting.
Strategic Events: Target high-value conferences and gatherings where prospects congregate.
Personalised Outreach: Craft compelling messages that resonate with prospect needs and pain points.
You'll research potential leads, evaluate fit, and initiate contact with promising prospects, demonstrating resourcefulness in uncovering opportunities.
Accountability & Reporting Structure
Report weekly to the CEO and CMO/Growth Lead with comprehensive updates on activities, strategies, and impact. Show clear evidence of progress toward growth objectives, including:
Specific outputs delivered (e.g., content created, events attended, software implemented).
Outreach metrics (e.g., prospects contacted, conversations initiated, meetings scheduled).
Strategic initiatives underway and their early results.
Measurable impact on pipeline growth and deal flow.
The onus is on you to demonstrate value—we empower you to own your results without micromanagement.
