Summary: We’re hiring for multiple blockchain engineering roles, including Blockchain Architect, Rust/Backend Developer, and Frontend Developer. From Haskell tooling to container-based DevOps and Rust-driven blockchain projects, we adopt cutting-edge tech to deliver results. Since 2015, we’ve built blockchains, audited smart contracts, and launched dapps in DeFi and GameFi. Shipping is a feature too—and we like to think we’re pretty good at it.

How We Work

We’re a fully remote team with a global footprint, built on trust and flexibility. You’ll manage your own schedule and workspace, collaborating asynchronously via Slack and written docs. Team & Projects

Our project teams (3-6 engineers) are led by a project lead, handling customer interactions, requirements management, and task scheduling, and an architect, responsible for defining the overall implementation of each project. You’ll work on 1-3 projects at a time, blending your skills with others’ to deliver end-to-end solutions. We align assignments with your growth goals—like pairing Rust expertise with smart contract learning—while encouraging cross-training across disciplines. If your skills span multiple roles (e.g., Rust and frontend expertise), we’ll tailor your role to maximize your impact. We’re flexible in hiring, prioritizing strong overall additions to our team who share our passion for blockchain and quality code.

What You’ll Work On

• Delivering Customer Projects: Build and deploy high-impact projects in GameFi, DeFi, and high-frequency trading spaces, working closely with clients to meet their needs.

• Kolme Framework: Contribute to and utilize FP Block’s blockchain application framework, Kolme, a powerful toolset that accelerates development and powers our scalable, client-focused solutions.

• Community Engagement: If you’re passionate about sharing knowledge, you can optionally represent FP Block at conferences or on platforms like X, amplifying our impact in the blockchain community.

What We’re Looking For

We’re ramping up for projects starting in the next 3-6 months and need talented individuals for multiple engineering roles. We’re seeking curious engineers who love tackling complex problems and are eager to grow in the fast-evolving blockchain space. Whether you’re a seasoned architect, a Rust expert, or a frontend specialist, we’re looking for team players who can contribute across our stack. Passion for blockchain and quality code is non-negotiable.

Must-Haves for All Roles:

• Strong English (written & spoken)

• 2+ years in professional tech projects (remote experience a plus)

• Self-management & clear async communication

• Reliable internet/workspace

• Git, issue tracking, and CI basics

• Drive to learn and deliver

Role-Specific Expectations:

• Blockchain Architect

  • 5+ years in tech, with 3+ years in blockchain architecture

  • Proven ability to design scalable blockchain systems (e.g., EVM, Cosmos, Solana)

  • Experience translating client needs into technical plans and leading teams

  • Big Plus: Strong Rust experience (e.g., Tokio, Axum, or Rust-based smart contracts)

• Rust/Backend Developer

  • 3+ years in backend development, with 2+ years in Rust

  • Proficiency in Rust frameworks like Tokio, Axum, Hyper, sqlx

  • Experience building scalable backend services

  • Big Plus: Prior blockchain experience (e.g., Rust-based smart contracts or integrations)

• Frontend Developer

  • 3+ years in frontend development

  • Proficiency in React and TypeScript, building responsive web applications

  • Experience with user-friendly interfaces

  • Big Plus: Blockchain experience (e.g., dapp development, Web3.js, ethers.js)

Big Pluses for All Roles:

• Blockchain experience (even as a user) or contributions to open-source projects (especially Rust or blockchain-related)

• Cloud infra or distributed systems knowledge (e.g., AWS, Docker)

• Understanding of finances, economics, and probability

• Relevant degrees or certificationst
